I’m here to prevent that. Most trainers never mention the mental aspect of fitness, which is why many people can’t follow through with a program. My programs are designed to help with motivation and consistency, making the process easier and more effective.
There are three packages available to fit your needs and level of commitment. Each package implements a combination of physical and mental training sessions.
This is an introductory package for those who are curious about working with both the body and mind. This crash course is designed to help you achieve your desired health and wellness goals using methods that are both safe and time-conscious.
- Weekly 45 minute physical training sessions (4 per month) with a certified personal trainer
- Monthly 60 minute mental training sessions with Dan Nguyen. During the mental training sessions, we will set realistic goals, develop an understanding of how to achieve them, and concentrate on mental reframing and focus improvement techniques.
This package is for those who are more prepared to commit to a fitness regimen. This package contains twice the amount of sessions as the Silver Level, and includes a more focused mental approach.
- Two 45 minute physical training sessions each week (8 per month) with a certified personal trainer.
- Two 60 minute mental training sessions with Dan Nguyen per month. These are 60 minutes each and will help with fitness consistency and motivation. These will also help to further develop your mental focus towards your fitness goals.
This is the “All Inclusive” package and offers the highest level of personalized attention available. This is for those who are serious about transforming their body and improving their overall health. This intensive 6 month program will help you achieve your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
- Five physical training sessions per week with Dan Nguyen
- Custom pre-prepared meals catered to clients’ specific health and dietary needs and delivered directly to clients’ homes
- Monthly “Health and Fitness Breakthrough” training sessions designed to help clients release all negative emotions and limiting beliefs
